We chose to sit outside with our Lab. We had great prompt pfriendly service and a fun conversation with a fellow diner with his pup. Good beer and yummy food. Definitely recommend.

We ate at Big Grove with our Lab on a warm evening but we all were completely comfortable on the large outdoor covered patio. We all immediately got cold water including the dog and then she got homemade biscuits. Beer was good and the food hit the spot. We got a large pretzel, chicken sandwich and a special restaurant week dish of crab beignets. Service was excellent.

The Surety Hotel is beautiful and well appointed but the big attraction for us and our Lab was the staff. They were so attentive and kind with our dog, by far the best staff we experienced all road trip. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs. Potty areas right across the street. Would definitely stay there again.

The Emery is a beautiful hotel in a great downtown location. We were greeted with warmth by reception staff who made us and our Lab feel truly welcomed. Lucy could go anywhere except the restaurant however we were able to eat at a large table next to the restaurant and got full service and so much kindness. Lovely! Found a close by potty area as well.

Hotel Donaldson is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Fargo. I would describe it as dog tolerant rather than dog friendly. My biggest problem was there was no good dog potty area close by. Staff directed us to a couple locations, one several blocks away and one with Astro turf neither of which worked for my Lab. I found a small green area two blocks away but taking her there at 6:30am on Sunday morning was lonely and a bit unnerving.

The Clubhouse was our first stay on a five day road trip with our Lab. We got a Walkout King suite which was very convenient for dog walking and loading the car. The outdoor space was beautiful and the best we experienced all trip. In addition there was a walking path that went on for miles for my husband’s daily walk. Staff and fellow vacationers were so loving to our dog and she became the official greeter in the lobby. It was easy to get to downtown to a brewery for dinner and Falls Park. Would definitely stay there again.

This La Quinta was nicely appointed and looked very new. The staff were friendly to our 65 pound lab and we were able to leave her in the room in her crate to go to dinner. The rooms are large and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Clean nice room and friendly staff. They had a grassy area with poop bags and disposal can. They don’t allow dogs to be left in the room even if crated which could be a problem if you are traveling alone. I hung out with our dog in what I thought was a lobby area in the morning to let my spouse sleep in and was asked to move since we apparently were too close to the breakfast area. I ended up moving to a small space off the hallway. Saw at least 4 other dogs staying there so it is a popular location. Very close to I-70 so be sure to ask for an interior courtyard room.
