We have a snow dog, so we’re always looking for things that we can enjoy, and where he can get out in the snow and cold. We really enjoyed seeing the different installations and walking around in the snow with our dog. We swung by Sweetwaters coffee, which is near one of the installations on Monroe, and got coffee and a pup cup for our dog. They’re very dog friendly too.

There's an outdoor patio with 8 picnic tables with umbrellas. The food was delicious and the patio is spacious, so you’re not crowded. The downside was we had an umbrella tip over on us, and a number of the tables had wobbly seats, and since we had 7 people in our party, we ended up splitting into two tables, so the seats wouldn’t tip. You order inside and they bring your food to you, so someone has to stay outside with your dog, so if you’re alone, that could be tricky. They were very busy, but it was a Saturday morning. The food was well worth the wait.

They have a grassy fenced in area behind their deck. There was a picnic table with umbrella, round table with umbrella, and an outdoor couch and 2 chairs, and a cornhile game. That means there’s only room for maybe 3 small groups with dogs, so not a ton of seating, but our dog enjoyed the shaded grassy area.

We love Sweetwaters! Their coffee is so good and they have dog treats on the counter as well as good-sized pup cups. The staff has always been super friendly to our dog. They have indoor and outdoor seating.
