This was a very nice place to stay. The room was neat and clean and it had been updated. We were all very comfortable. There was very few places to potty your dog, but we managed.

The room was clean and they had a grassy area to walk your pets. A no frills kind of place and fine for an overnight stay. They had an odd check-in procedure through a "Zoom" type link over a computer which was a bit different.

The room was nice and clean - a bit small, but doable. The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating, and a decent area to walk your dogs. I would say even though the accommodations were nice in comparison to other places we've stayed, the rate was still a bit pricey, but shame on us for traveling there over Labor Day weekend.

This inn initially looked like a place that didn't offer much. A basic room and place to sleep for the night, but we were so surprised to find that not only did they have a nice welcome basket for the dogs, but the room was clean, smelled nice, was spacious, and conveniently, there was a restaurant right on premises so we didn't have to go far to eat. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if I planned to be in the area.

This place offered nice clean rooms for the price point. Although a little on the older side, it was still well kept. Would consider staying again if passing through.

This hotel is a class act when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. Our dogs were very comfortable. The only caveat was that they had no ground floor rooms so my dachshund mix (who is TERRIFIED of elevators) had to be carried in and out. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if passing through.

Although this is an older motel I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable we found our accommodations. There was a nice place to walk the dogs and the breakfast, although not hot, was a class act with packages of hard boiled eggs, cheese and nut packs, yogurt, and great coffee. They have a nice courtyard not visible from the outside where you can sit and enjoy your evening. Would definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful hotel for staying with your dog. The staff were friendly and welcoming, dog rooms were on the first floor and convenient to loading and unloading the car, and were also on the quiet side of the hotel so as not to cause undue barking. Would definitely recommend.

This was a very large hotel and we got lost several times attempting to find our room, but for the amount of folks staying and the busyness of the place it was very clean and well maintained. It was dog friendly and the room had adequate space to spread out.

This place was very nice - the room was clean and well appointed. There were food and water bowls for the dogs, and the pet area was convenient clean. Nice place. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

This hotel was okay, but that's about it. We were put on the third floor with our pets and although there was an elevator, the third floor is just not a good location, especially if your pet has to go NOW. The room itself was clean, but worn, especially the bathroom area. Breakfast was not as advertised. Brochure on the table said a full breakfast. There with some old fruit, some yogurt in the refrigerator, some packaged muffins, cereal, and juice. Brochure promised continental hot breakfast. Front desk seemed detached and did not acknowledge our presence. Would stay again only if there were no other options.

This is one of the better hotels we have stayed at during our travels. The staff and hotel was dog-friendly with a separate yard for dogs to potty. We were housed in a first floor room close to an exit, and it was easy in and out. The grounds were kept clean and neat. The rooms were wonderful. We had a great stay and would stay again.

I usually hesitate when it comes to staying in retro digs because you just never know, but this place is not to be missed. Check-in was easy, there was a bowl, towel and biscuits waiting in pretty little packages on the bed for my pups, and the room was immaculate. The 60s style radio on the table was playing programs and songs from the era and the decor was modernist retro. We loved everything about the place! Dogs had a separate potty yard where they could sniff around off leash. Amazing motel on Rte. 66. Don't Miss it!

The room was spacious, very clean, upgraded and nice! We were in a first floor near the door room and easy please to run the dogs outside. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was one of the nicest, cleanest pet friendly places I've ever stayed. There was adequate places to walk the dogs, the room was conveniently located near the exits so walking was in and out - easy peasy! The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. They even had a bed for the dog built into the room. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if we come this way.

The hotel was obviously changing ownership and the exterior was freshly painted, but it was a proverbial lipstick on a pig situation. The room was horribly run down, smelled of cigarette smoke from its past, and the grounds had not been maintained in a long timwith trash strewn everywhere. There was no place to walk the dog - and I wish we had other options. Will not stay again.

I have to say that this is one of the best pet friendly places I've ever stayed. The rooms were clean and updated, the grounds were clean and well maintained and the beach was nearby with lovely places to walk the dogs. I would highly recommend them.

We checked in bit late, and even though there was no line, the front desk clerk was too busy cancelling a reservation to help so I ended up waiting for 15 minutes. We were put in a room that was inconvenient for anyplace to walk our dogs. Their elevator only worked half the time so I ended up having to carry my two elderly chihuahuas up and down two flights of stairs when they needed to potty. Carpeting needed cleaning badly. On the other hand, the bedding and room was clean and fresh. All in all, however, I felt I paid too much to sleep in this hotel for the night.

The hotel has recently been renovated and all I have to say is WOW!
The room was wonderful and spacious and clean, large bathroom, great ambiance...and extremely dog friendly! We will definitely be back when passing through again. Can't say enough good things about the place.

This was one of the nicest Motel 6's I've stayed at. The motel chain is usually minimal, but this particular one provided a very nice pet room for me and my two chihuahuas. Everything in the room had been recently upgraded, the staff was friendly and courteous, and they even discounted the bill when we discovered the heater stopped working sometime during the night. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Madison, Wisconsin traveling from California with our two chihuahuas.
The room and beds we're clean but bedspread was tattered and the bathroom sink was pretty worn as was the carpeting. Outside the room someone had evidently dropped garbage and it had not been cleaned up. That being said, for the price, with no additional pet fee it was a good value and would stay again.
