Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful with our extra needs, bringing a shower chair to the room for my mother and extra treats for the dogs!!

Got two rooms. In one, the toilet was plugged with excrement and they never came to fix it!! Couldn’t use the bathroom in that room. The building is in disrepair with elevators not working, the towels were dirty which didn’t matter because the shower didn’t work. The exterior doors to the building had broken locks, so they stayed open all night. Both rooms smelled horrible and the ‘breakfast’ was underwhelming at best. I’ve never left a poor review before and I travel 4-5 times a year. I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t t warn people about this place. Seriously, save yourselves.
