Dog-friendly Dining!

Clover's is a cute breakfast and lunch spot right off the main strip of town. They have a dog-friendly patio out front - it is small, so a may not be suited for a reactive dog. Food was great and reasonable. Would recommend!

Cute coffee spot!

This coffee shop is such a hidden gem! They have a dog friendly patio. Inside, they have dog treats and so many paintings of dogs on the walls. Great food and coffee, too!

Great picnic spot!

Thayer Park is a beautiful spot on the lake! There are benches and picnic tables, but you could also bring a blanket to sit on. There are dog waste areas throughout. It's a really nice spot to relax after exploring the town.

Cute Canine supply co!

This cute little shop is right next to Clover's (dog-friendly eatery). They have everything you need for your furry friend; they even have a scale in the store to weigh your dog. They have a really wide selection of treats, including a "chew" bar with pizzle sticks, etc. Lots of cute clothes and accessories for pet parents too!

Dog-friendly spot in Geneva!

This is a cool spot in downtown Geneva. It's an old theater that was converted to a brewery. Our dogs were allowed outside under the marque or in the front dining room. The owner was super nice and brought out water for the dogs, then showed us of pictures of his dog!

Wonderful dog-friendly dining experience!

We discovered Moosewood on accident and we are so glad we did! The staff was so welcoming to our dogs and made sure they had water. The outside area is shaded which offers a welcomed retreat for the sun. Although it's downtown, the greenery that surrounds the patio gives the feeling of being tucked away, which was perfect for our reactive girl! The food was outstanding - would recommend!

Beautiful waterfall!

Park across the street and zip over for a quick walk to the waterfall. The hike is short and fairly easy, though not paved. This is a popular spot but a really easy way to visit the waterfalls in Ithaca!

Ithaca Farmers Market

While the Ithaca Farmers Market hosts many different vendors, dogs are only permitted outside the pavilion. There is shaded area by the river to stay cool on sunny days. It can be very crowded. If you are bringing your dogs, plan ahead!

Great walk by the lake

There is a dog friendly trail along Seneca Lake that has dog waste bags along the path. Beautiful area at sundown for an evening stroll.

Short, easy hike to the falls!

Follow the boardwalk on a short walk to the Carpenter Falls viewing platform. There is a separate trail you can take down some stairs to the riverbank, where your furry friend can splash in the water if they prefer. Beautiful views and easy access

Great dog-friendly hotel!

We had a great time staying at the Microtel in Newark! The hotel is clean and they even had a treat station in the front lobby. The dog area outside was also clean and staff made sure it was free of any trash or wrappers. It's tucked away so ultimately a quiet space; you don't need to worry about your dog near a busy road. Would stay again!

Dog friendly

We stayed here for a weekend trip to the PA Wilds. Hotel is about an hour from the PA Grand Canyon and 2 hours to the Kinzua Bridge State Park. Staff is nice and rooms are clean. There is a free breakfast that is not impressive but the coffee is good. There was ample outdoor space for potty breaks with a poop bag dispenser and trash can. Pet fee is $25 per dog per night. Would recommend and stay here again.

Canines at Colton Point

While this state park has some lovely views of the pine creek gorge, if you’re pressed for time you can skip this park and spend more time at Leonard Harrison. There’s no welcome center here and the trails are not well marked.

PA Grand Canyon for Canines!

We brought our dogs to the Leonard Harrison State Park this fall. There are 2 trails: The Overlook trail, which is fairly easy, and the Turkey Trail. The Turkey Trail goes to the bottom of three gorge. It can be difficult to navigate and we only made it down halfway before turning around. It can be damp and narrow and hard to pass other hikers with dogs. The canyon itself is beautiful and there are plenty of places to take pictures. Dogs are not allowed inside but there is a dog water station by the trail. There is also ample picnic space so feel free to bring lunch!

Lots to explore at the Kinzua Bridge State Park

The Kinzua Bridge State Park is worth seeing before it closes for 2 years to make repairs. Get there early because it can get crowded! The Skywalk is very easy to walk (just don’t look down). There is a trail that goes down and around to the wreckage that can be precarious due to all the stairs, but there are many places to stop and take pictures so if you decide not to complete the entire trail you can still view quite a bit of the wreckage. The welcome center is not dog friendly but the exhibits are really cool if you’re able to pop in real quickly if a companion can hold your dog. There was a food truck in the parking lot that served pup cups when we were there but otherwise there is a lovely picnic near if you bring your own food.

Dog friendly eats in Wellsboro

Great food & friendly staff! There are only 2 outdoor tables so dog friendly seating is limited. Not sure if outdoor seating is available all year round.
