My family and I stayed at the hotel after we drove from Los Angeles to pick up two puppies. The staff were very kind and personable. The room was nice enough. One of the lightbulbs over our night stand was out. We couldn’t get the heat to come on and there was carpet in the room so the pups peed all over the carpet rather than their potty pads. There was an empty water bottle and an empty alcohol swab packet under one of the beds. Previous animals had torn up the material under the box spring of one the beds, so it hung down and my pups ate at it and pulled it down more.

The lobby and restaurant were clean and well decorated. Their breakfast was $17.99 per person and self serve for the type of breakfast that comes free at several other Hotels. The pool and outside area were very nice with an outside lounge and grass run for dogs. We were unable to use it as our pups are not fully vaccinated yet. The sculptures and the waterfront were amazing. This hotel was good for the quick stopover we needed to rest and re-up for our long car ride home.
