I didn’t stay because my flight was cancelled. I couldn’t get my pet and had to reschedule. I understand the rate was non refundable. But they could have been understanding.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They loved my fur baby. The courtyard was amazing. I do feel the room I was given was far from the designated pet area and those areas were not well lit. But the courtyard was very beautiful. Now the room I booked was a Jr Suite. I wanted enough room for me and my fur baby. Yup only one adult and one fur baby under 50 lbs. I was charged $75 per night deposit. Which I haven’t seen come back. And the room did not get cold. I was hot. I didn’t complain but when I got into my room at 4p the temp was 74. Yup. The room could have been updated too.

I get it, maybe they have certain rooms for pet owners. I felt my room was specifically chosen cuz the two room opposite of mine were being fixed. I was in the Towers. Won’t do that again. Elevator took forever. Not good when you have a pup that wants to go potty. Thank goodness my Rambo knows better and is housebroken! The location was great. The reason I choose this hotel cuz it was close to SeaWorld and that were I went on Tuesday with my daughter and family whom were down from up north. A/C needs fixing for sure in the Towers. They had a convention and it seems like everyone was in the towers. So I guess that is why the elevator took forever!!
