Not quite a dump, but close!

Floors were sloped and bouncy, extremely small toilet/bathtub room, cracks and separation of wall from floor (and indication the floors were sloping). Prepackaged "breakfast items" had condensation inside them.

Great hotel

The rooms are laid out for your pet's comfort. Lots of floor space for them to play.
