If I could give this place zero stars I would. We brought our puppy there a month ago and ended up with a 300$ vet bill. He was hurt on his leg. Skin and fur was removed and no one could tell us what happened mind you they have “cameras.” That same night he developed a double eye infection. They were so worried about Bentley they called us three times after the injury to make sure he was okay. I obviously very upset let it go. I understand he’s a dog and stuff happens. Fast forward my partner and I are going on vacation and Bentley our dog is being watched by my father who is not able to give him major exercise. Bentleys rabies and distemper expired 3/6/25. Today is 3/24/25. We ran to get him rabies this past weekend and pawsitively petastic is refusing to accept Bentley this week for even one day because of distemper. After a 300$ bill that was 100% their fault they cannot accommodate us? It’s actually insane. I promised that as soon as we got back before his next day there we would have the vaccine. The vaccine is not even past due a month and they want to make it problematic. And when I called they have the nerve to say what he got was just a scratch. Obviously the woman on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. I have voicemails from the so called owner expressing concern over Bentley. They wrapped his leg up there and sent us home with antibiotic cream and a cone and said we could keep it. Obviously it was not just a scratch. I do not recommend this place. If your dog ever gets hurt there I suggest to demand to see the video because I do not trust them and you shouldn’t either.

Side note: They are so concerned that my dog will get their other dogs sick. My dog had not been around any other dogs that week or the week prior to when he was hurt. It was in the vets opinion that he contracted the double eye infection from the daycare. So while they are worried about my dog, they are letting other dogs with eye infections attend. I do not have kids. My baby is my dog and he gets groomed weekly! The truth is he comes home smelling disgusting every time he went to pawsitively petastic so much so I would wait to bathe him after going knowing he would come back smelling dirty.
