Staff were very welcoming and helpful, hotel is very clean, room/bed were great and lots of places to potty dog outside with grass and bags available to pick up poo.

Beds were comfortable, pillows were not as comfortable. No designated pet area, just had to walk on sidewalk nearby and find area where dog could go. Food was minimal for cost of room.

Room was clean, but check-in was slow. Had to pay $10 dog fee when checking in. Attendant did not have change for a $20 and unable to figure out how to charge the fee using credit card. Had to go to local restaurant to cash a $20 before we could get keys. Also, back doors in hotel were always unlocked.

Our first time using BringFido with our new puppy. Room on first floor was very nice and clean. Would have given 5 bones, but tub drain had some damage that had not been repaired yet. Location was great, lots of restaurants nearby. Nice area near pool to walk small dog and hangout.
