The only thing that makes this dog friendly is if you sit at the few larger green tables across from the restaurant in the community plaza area. Those tables are open to everyone. The only have like 4 tables outside that belong to them that are always busy. If you get one of the community tables, make sure you order it to go, because they can’t serve you at those tables.
