Great location, only a short cab ride to town and to the beach clubs. Wonderful staff, very helpful and attentive. Right on the ocean with a pool and big grass area to enjoy. Awesome restaurant -one of the best breakfasts on the island and breakfast is included in your rate. Their lunch and dinner are fantastic too and they have a full bar. Pet friendly, they always welcome me and my 3 large dogs with open arms and no extra charges.

This was a great place to stay. However, they have changed their rules to only allow dogs less than 10kgs/22lbs. They also limit the quantities. And if you try to stay for only a night, they will tell you no because "it is a lot of cleaning." There are many options on Cozumel that are pet friendly. I'd suggest finding another which is exactly what they told me when I asked if we could stay.

The good: Nice staff, clean room, decent restaurant, beachfront. The bad: Room not ready until 2 hours after check in time. Pet policy was incorrect (they've updated it to state 2 small dogs which is now correct). They claim pets are not allowed anywhere except the lobby and your room and they make you sign a release acknowledging this. However, they don't seem to enforce it because I saw dogs on the beach and in the restaurant). A 200 - 250 peso taxi ride to the town square and ferry.
