We had the most delightful lunch on the covered patio at Amsterdam Cafe! We started with the pimento cheese/sausage/pickles, and crackers which is a must and a generous size for the price. My husband ordered the Cobb salad and I had the goat cheese salad with blackened dishes. Both were perfection!

Excellent happy hour with several starters, wine, and our pug got to join us! Thanks for the delicious food and fun memories.

Took one of the daytime tours of The Sorrel Weed House. Triniti was our guide and she was outstanding. I loved all the details she shared of the house and inhabitants. She has a way with words that really helped you to understand all the house had experienced through the years. I also appreciated being able to bring our pug along on the tour.

We very much enjoyed our entire tour! Our guide was so knowledgeable and attentive! The movie was well-done and we loved the ride demo as well as the cannonball firing. Learned so much and we also had our semester pug in a carriage during the whole tour!

We were seated on the cool patio and placed our order at the counter inside. Before I sat back down our food was served. Wait staff asked our dog's name and if he needed a water bowl!

We had a lovely breakfast on the beautiful patio. Flowers in bloom and roosters crowing was the perfect background for our avocado omelet and smokehouse breakfast! Coalton, our pug, was welcomed and fussed over!

We finished the Bostic Route 66 at the end of the route in Santa Monica CA. Mel's has an outside area but they let us come inside and sit in a booth! We had an amazing breakfast, and got a certificate of completion to our 7 state road trip!

Family owned and serving for over 65 years! Patio was dog friendly with a pretty fountain, shady and enclosed. Margaritas were yummy!

Cute cafe right on the corner! Shady side of the street, dogs are even allowed at tables inside but it was full! Tasty food!

Lovely shaded and enclosed patio. Tasty Mexican food served with a smile. Waitress loved our pug as her family has several! So nice to be able to eat at a table with our sweet pug.
