Good, no problems, nice staff. For humans however, it would be nice if they had drinking glasses in the room.

The only thing I don’t like is their pet deposit fee - always make sure you get your deposit back on your credit card. This time we had a room with a patio (enclosed) for the dogs to play on with a nice table and chairs for us.

The beds were pretty hard and there were no plastic cups or anything in the rooms that most hotels have as a standard. No ice bucket, nothing. That said, the staff was really nice. So, bring your plastic cups, and some paper towels. We also only had a half a roll of TP with no extra roll in the bathroom.

Great room and nice hotel, but fees for pets are too high.

Great room, staff super nice, and no problems parking our 32 foot RV! The dogs loved it there.

Nice place except that the sofa and chair were not in great shape. The location is good as far as stores nearby and restaurants awkward to get in and out of the hotel. Staff was nice.

I felt this hotel did not come up to cleanliness standards! I was unhappy and left early, even though I had to pay for a night I didn't stay. I think the bed was comfortable and enjoyed having the kitchen area, but the trash cans weren't cleaned out, bathroom mold caulked on tub, crud in corner of tub, sink cracked, and carpet was dirty.

Good hotel, clean rooms and quality comfy beds. Lots of grassy areas for dogs and Aubrey's, across the street has outdoor patio seating; dog friendly and good food.

Great room and a fenced area near pool. The pool is great, wish we could have used it. But we did use the laundry facilities, so grateful for that! Great room. Will stay here again.

If you want to walk your dogs, there is broken glass and trash everywhere behind and next to the hotel. Finding a small area of grass for them, very difficult with all the garbage.

Our check-in was good and they gave us two packets of wet food for our dogs. The rooms are old, but functional. It was good to be in the back away from others and where the dogs had quiet. Will probably stay here again on our return to Mexico but might try something else.

Super nice hotel, room was great. Kind staff and helpful. Not too sure about their happy hour food, but we booked because we needed a good place for the dogs and it delivered.

Great place, no problems, clean hotel that has breakfast and a cocktail bar. Dogs were fine. This is my 3rd time here. Always good
