The room was clean and had the basic necessities, the location is convenient. The issue I had was the unbelievable amount of times the hotel texted me, 8 times over a 2 night stay, twice at 1-2am. The office is unmanned, so all comms are via text and all of their questions would have been answered and resolved immediately if there was an actual human manning the desk when I checked in.

I have two simple requirements for hotels & motels, clean & safe. Our room felt, looked, and smelled clean. The location was safe and right on Main Street with coffee, restaurants, and gift shops right next door. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the hotel charged us a surprise $50 pet fee. That fee should be represented in the nightly price, we would have selected a better hotel with the price jumping to $170 a night.

The hotel is nice, the coffee shop is convenient, and the room was clean with modern decor and sinks/showers. Very dog friendly & nice staff. Unfortunately the hotel is in an area of SLC that requires them to have 24 hr security on site. The only dog potty areas are gravel & we avoided walking around.

Excellent motel- renovated with a classic feel, very clean, well maintained, great yard space, & close to the dunes parks. Very pup friendly, they provided a dog towel, treat, and paper bowl.

Wonderful option in Niagara Falls area. Easy 5 min walk to the park. Hotel is nice compared to others in the city. Breakfast is standard complimentary at most hotels, nothing fancy but decent selection. Room was clean & had all the amenities you’d expect.
