Wonderful staff; great location at the base of the mountain. Great to see other dogs staying at the hotel. Loved the fact that all guests honored quiet time from 11 pm to 6 am. Food was delicious; vegetables were fresh and crisp. Live entertainment was so soothing. Would definitely come back and stay.

The check in was a so so process. Junior suite in the corner was a good location. Hallway smelled musty and like feet. Elevator made loud thumping noise. Carpet in the suite had visible stains from previous pet accidents. I thought the $50 Incidental Fee should be covering the stains. Little bit of shampooing and some elbow grease as soon as guests checks out could’ve prevented the stains. Water pressure in the shower was low. Sink faucet splashed water everywhere and left big water stains on my shirts. But, liked the big, bright windows in the suite and in the lobby. Garden area is cute. Also, liked the comfortable bed. AC was working just perfect to beat the humidity. Breakfast was pretty good (buttery scrambled eggs, home fries) and the staff in the kitchen were very nice. The front guest attendant when we checked out was also nice. All in all it was a decent stay.
