I have stayed at many Country Inn and Suites and always had a 1st floor room, located near an exit door. This time it was 2nd floor, 1/2 way down a long hallway and there was no elevator. I currently have a left shoulder that is recovering from surgery and it made it challenging to get the dog and my stuff up to our room. She doesn't like stairs that aren't carpeted so needed to be carried. But, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. I am used to getting a little goodie bag for her which includes a milk bone, small toy and a poop bag. But not this time. That's not the end of the world. I like that there are hotels that are pet friendly so she can travel with me.

This was my first experience bringing my dog on a trip and using the BringFido app. They gave me a room near the back door and there was a goodie bag for my girl. Excellent customer service! I will use the app again.
