We love the food at Shaggy’s anyway, but to find out they are dog friendly was an added bonus. Our little guy tried the chicken and rice plate . It was a lot of food for $5. The staff was quick to bring a small water bowl out. He also was greeted many staff while visiting. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the restaurant part. We were aware, which is why we didn't bring our older girl.
