The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. We loved relaxing in the chairs at the little private beach behind the nice pool area. Our pup Reggie loved playing in the water and investigating the new sights and scents. The staff was great, and everyone loved Reggie. He was very popular with the staff and the guests! I gave 3 stars because the floors were not cleaned very well. When we arrived the room smelled very strongly of bleach, which we remedied by leaving the bathroom fan on while we went to dinner. We didn't need the microwave until our last night there and found that it didn't work. Everything else was great.
