I had to make a last minute reservation after another hotel claimed to not had a record of my reservation.
This hotel was awesome! They got us into a great pet friendly room, had treats for our boy, and were so friendly!

Had to cancel one stay due to a delay caused by the pup traveling with us. They refused to refund the stay even though I rebooked for the trip home. Then, on the trip home, when I went to check in, they said they had no record of my reservation, even though they had already charged my card.
