Garbage bottles etc everywhere and extreme level of dog poop. Would plan never to stop here - use for emergencies only. If I could give zero bones I would.

cannot recommend highly enough - food and drinks outstanding; however it’s the dog friendly accommodation that gets the gold star. Their patio was closed (New Years Day and a bit chilly for Florida) however they accommodated our party of 7 (2 x 80 year olds, 2 kiddos, 3 adults plus my two Goldens) inside where we were able to have a corner near the front door. My two do what they always do after getting all the love and cuddles from peeps - plopped down and slept at my feet.

Will definitely be back and thanks for the generosity of accommodating all of us!

First time I’ve taken my puppies to a groomer outside of the kennels they board and do daycare with. Haley was beyond professional and caring as this over protective dog mum went over all the nuances for each of my dogs - Sadie who recently had TPLO surgery and Gracie who can be over protective in new surroundings and with new people.

Not only was the groom outstanding (after several weeks of restricted exercise, snow, rain and mud at home) but she really looked after my girls who were happy, smiling and afterwards tidy clean and smelling wonderful for Christmas.

They offer a subscription service and if I lived in Florida I would defn sign up. Thanks again!

Cannot rate this hotel high enough. Right across from Grant Park, fantastic staff, and fellow guests made this a wonderful trip for Thanksgiving. Rooms were large including bathroom. Small (empty) fridge perfect for keeping my puppies food refrigerated. Great soundproofing with little noise from hallway. Staff were welcoming, helpful and what I have learned while traveling with puppies - fellow guests were both friendly, kind and patient as I navigated in/out with two very friendly golden retrievers. I called the lobby their fan club room! Thanks again!
