Zoey and I had our meal on the upstairs balcony overlooking the ocean. We were permitted inside the restaurant, went up elevator to deck. Beautiful view.

Portions are big enough to share with fido. You may have pooch in front at picnic tables, but you have to order inside at the counter, so not for single person with dog (s).
