We love the food at Slim Chickens and were excited to find they were welcoming to us with our dog as we were traveling through town. We enjoyed chicken tenders, fries, quesadillas, crawfish dip…mmmm…

We sat at tables situated outside their front door (we called first to make sure tables were available). They brought a bowl of water and we ordered a grilled chicken breast for our doggo. Highly recommend this dog-family friendly place:)

We enjoyed a great breakfast of pancakes, biscuits, bacon, eggs, coffee. Their outdoor patio wasn’t set up, but they welcomed us with our dog anyway as long as our dog didn’t jump on anything (tables, chairs, people). They sat us in a quieter corner of the restaurant and happily fixed a scrambled egg and little bacon for our dog.

Highly recommend this dog and people friendly restaurant.
