Everyone on the staff was so friendly and help. Dogs are well received and they provide a comfy dog bed too!

The hotel and its history are at the heart of downtown Mobile. We were there for their New Year's celebration and it was fantastic! The hotel and the entire downtown area was so well kept and accommodating. There were many parks and grassy areas at least a block in each direction. Thank you for welcoming us and our pup! I will be back for Mardi Gras!

All the staff were great! Having the shared balcony was a new experience for us but we enjoyed private time mostly and when our neighbors came out for coffee in the morning they loved having our dog there to pet and made it even nicer to meet nice people! The food in the jazz club was fantastic! Best crab cakes we have ever had. We even took an order to go so we could enjoy them at our next stop on our trip. The entertainment was excellent. Amazing musicians. Then going out into the French quarter was so easy walking to all the different areas. While being able to observe bourbon street from the balcony was relaxing and exciting all in one :)
