This hotel openly discriminates against pet owners. At check-in, the front desk clearly said “we normally put you guys in smoking rooms because pets can get dirty.” That alone tells you everything about their attitude.

I paid the same price as everyone else, yet I was intentionally placed in a smoking room that was nasty and worn out: Blankets with multiple burn holes, pillows and bed dirty, strong smoke smell, overall room felt old, neglected, and unhygienic. On top of that, they took a $150 pet deposit and told me I must inform them before leaving so they can inspect the room — as if pet owners are automatically expected to damage things. That is insulting and unprofessional.

This place has many rooms, yet they deliberately downgrade pet guests instead of giving a clean, non-smoking room. If you don’t like pets, don’t list your property as pet-friendly on platforms like BringFido. Misleading guests just to take their money is unacceptable. Rooms are overpriced for the quality, and the treatment of pet owners is disrespectful and biased. If you travel with pets, avoid this hotel. You’ll be treated like a second-class guest and stuck in the worst rooms they have.
