Clean but nothing exceptional about this place. Front desk was rude when we arrived when I asked if it was the Hyatt. It is now the Faro Blanco. You have to pay parking also. Our total was $421 for a standard room with no view. Drive further or stop sooner. Do not recommend.

Absolutely will not stay anywhere else when we are in Nashville. This place has great customer service, clean quiet rooms. Complimentary dinner, drinks and breakfast make it a great value! Grassy areas for dogs and even cleanup bags. You will not be disappointed.
