I have been taking my dog to Planet Pet Spa for 5 years! Luz has always done a tremendous job loving and taking care of my girl. She has always been transparent about any issues she may have and will bring up any concerns she may see. My dog has bad separation anxiety but she loves her time with Luz and getting pampered. I love that they send a small report card to your phone after the appointment which includes a couple of pictures from during and after their groom.
