I walk up to door trash piled up outside of entrance door, construction workers everywhere this must be the go to place for them to stay i was unaware of this before booking its not that its bad because of them but just know lots of them hang outside in groups and they are in and out all hours of the day and night apparently oblivious to people sleeping because they are NOT quite. Ni one at the front desk when we arrived had to call from my phone to get someone to check us in. Once checked in the hallways, stairs and elevator smelled like Marijuana. Our room was just ok the tub looked nasty the floors need cleaning not just vacuumed. The bathroom faucet was broke our toilet was stopped up and called front desk was told to come get a plunger....we had to use that everytime we went. The pillows were flat one had stains on it and a long curly black hair. We would have left but it was raining and late and needed to rest we were originally supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1st night when told them I wanted to check out early after waiting for someone to come to front desk for over 5-8 minutes I told them why she said did you tell a manager I said yes they told us to come get a plunger she was not to happy about it and said we would get a refund...I hope they honor this. I will say the bed was comfortable and the mattress was covered in plastic and I did check for bed bugs which none was found and thats why we stayed the 1 night we were so tired.
