Being attached to the Perkins was the best thing about this hotel. The room was nice, the people really nice. It had an awesome enclosed dog park, but the second day it was swarming with painters so we couldn't use it that day. The hot tub was too hot and the pool water too cold. Next time we will be sure to bring dog calming herb chews because there was all night noise in the hallways with doors opening and closing being at the end of the hallway next to the exit, and our dog thought everyone was coming into the room and was a nervous wreck all night. The previous hotel, she slept all night without making a peep because there was no hallway noise.

Our Pomeranian loves to play at this park, with its shady trees. We like the picnic tables and park benches. What a nice surprise out here in the countryside.
