I have had 2 panic attacks not becouse airplanes but becouse some situations. I have a 50 pound Lab mix dog who assist me. I am Truck driver and she rides with me. If I am stressed or distracted she press her face on my musles or leak my leg. I have a 2024 doctor certificated, Coco is 3 years old, sweet, social with people, kids and cats, she is cero agressive
