It wasn't anything special. It was a place to rest for the night. I will say they were great with our dog, we were on the 3rd floor but at the end of the hallway where the exit was close. The room had holes in the shower door where the towel rack once was... and no toilet paper holder just the holes left in the wall.

The bed was super tall and too tall for my little dog to jump up or down. He did fall a few times which scared me.
