We booked this resort based on their promotions and customer service over the phone. Once we arrived we were given wrong information from the start by staff. Your dog is allowed in some venue rooms and the lobby. The designated potty areas are inconvenient and not well kept. Do not let them tell you that your dog is welcome most places; they are not and read the online policies for clarification. We trusted staff and preliminary inquiries before booking and they were all wrong. The resort is beautiful but not for pets.

We were not told upon booking that the parking lot was under major construction which made it difficult to navigate around the hotel. Pet areas were non-existent and the very small “pet room” we were assigned was loud especially with all the dogs barking unattended in their owners' rooms. The evening staff was friendly upon check-in, but other than that I would never return.
