The only negative was from other patrons barking at my dog and making rude comments about how “brave” I was to bring my dog. However the staff was super welcoming and slowed down the lift to accommodate anyone and everyone, including us! My Ru did amazing on the lift. Better than I thought. Definitely recommend for calm dogs only. She was skiddish at first and I was second guessing myself, however, she calmed down once she got her bearings.
