This is the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. There were FLEAS IN THE BED, upon my complaint I was moved to another room that also had fleas in the bed. It took me HOURS and numerous phone calls to receive a refund for the night I didn’t stay (because there were fleas in the bed). On top of all that the manager still refuses to refund the pet fee for the night I didn’t stay. Do yourself a favor. Do not stay at this unclean hotel. And FYI: my dog takes monthly medication and has never had a flea on her until we went to this hotel NEVER!
