The room was very clean and modern. There was no pet odor in our room, from previous guests. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast and we really appreciated the hallway coffee bar.

The rooms are immaculate!! Lovely dog park right across from us. Quiet rooms, you don’t hear every noise from neighbors. Friendly staff, great location from downtown. This will be our go to place in St. Augustine.

Great location just off interstate. Our room was clean and odor free. No cover up perfume smell. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was good. We will stay here again.

So glad to find this place. We're traveling from Florida and our pup needed to be treated special. Fresh water and treats were delivered immediately.
Hreat food and service. They genuinely care for animals as is evident when you see the squirrels lined up for their pita bread hand outs...
