Stopover #1 Heading South
Best Western Staunton InnOur 2nd time staying here based on our 1st experience. Pet friendly, close to the interstate. Food delivery & gas near by. Nice room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. This will be our 1st choice stop as we travel south/north with our dog twice a year.
Adequate, close to I-95
Econo Lodge WalterboroThis Lodge is not fancy but worth the price. Room was clean & beds were comfy. Couple guys were loud & drinking beer outside our door until 10pm. Also, sketchy people on the second floor were banging around until 4am. Hotel staff said it's been an issue before. If no other pet friendly option in Walterboro for our trip north, would stay here again but ask for 2nd floor. There is gas next door and several food places close by.
Stop-over #1 driving to FL. Friendly staff, comfy room/beds. Location splits our 3 day trip up well
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Roanoke SalemThis Inn is a great location just off the interstate. The Staff were very friendly. The carpet in the room could have been vacuumed a little better but all in all it was a pleasant stay for 1 night with our Dog. Will stay there again on our return home in the spring!
Stop-over #2 on the way to FL. Easy access to the Interstate. Perfect location on our 3 leg trip
La Quinta by Wyndham McDonoughHotel staff were friendly. Hotel and room were clean and nice. This was a perfect location for night 2 of our road trip from Upstate NY to South West Florida. Highly recommend this Inn for a stay with a pet!!
