Quiet Place to Stop
Super 8 by Wyndham O Neill NEWe stayed here for short visit with family. This hotel seems to cater to truck drivers and those passing through. It shares a parking area with the gas station next to it.. The breakfast is OK but you can walk to the McDonald's.
At the time, there seems to be not a lot of guests which was great for us (avoiding people during covid-19 pandemic) and our dog. Due to covid-19 concerns, I brought my own cleaners and cleaned the room. This is an area without a facemask mandate, ie don't expect to see others wearing masks.

Large Spacious Rooms
Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Columbus WestWe stayed twice at this hotel driving to visit family. While the hotel is undergoing renovations, the room are nice, clean and very spacious. This was great for our dog who was rather playful after being in the car for a while. Like other Hawthorn Suites, the room has a kitchenette and a living space. We could tell that we were in the "pet room ", but it was clean and very close to the stairs to go outside. Hopefully this hotel finishes their updates soon.

Great location and helpful staff
La Quinta by Wyndham Ocean CityWe were visiting family in Maryland and wanted to see the ocean for a day or so. This hotel was great for our needs, it was very pet friendly and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly with our dog and so were all of the other guests we me. The hotel is located near the beach (not on it) and it's close to several restaurants and other nicer hotels. I want to note you can still hear other rooms and stuff in the hallway, which might bother some dogs. But we found that turning up the television does the trick.
