The pet fee is low ($25) (Hyatt Place's pet fee is $75 and that is just ridiculous). I have stayed in a few Graduates and, of them, these are the nicest beds I have had. There is a bar and good restaurant adjacent to the hotel so you don’t even need to leave the building and you can bring your dog. Someone mentioned there not being grass: the hotel is not in charge of open space in the city, but there is a large grassy patch directly across the street at La Manse. This was a good experience.

I loved this hotel and my room in it. The room was industrial and cool and the lobby is great. Seems like people not even staying at the hotel come there to work and drink lattes. It worked out great and I'm happy this is the hotel that BringFido made me aware of!

The shade covers the 7 tables in front by late morning. There appear to be more tables on the second floor (which are accessible from outside). The pastries and pies look AMAZING, as do the Belgian waffles. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are fresh and tasty.
