I rescued my best friend. It is amazing how certain people seem to come into your life just when you need them. The same can be said of animals. My dog came into my life after I had experienced a profound loss. She is the sweetest. She can be strong willed but, at the same time, so easy to love. I am grateful to be her 'person' and to take her with me almost everywhere I go. You never know unconditional love until you have a child or a dog in your life, and you are forever changed.

Serenity and Community Pride
This is one of the best dog parks in the Northeastern United States. Within minutes of the Delaware Bay, the serenity of the area is hard to match. You can tell the dog park is a source of community pride, and the condition of the park reflects that. There are two water pumps and plenty of dog waste bags as well as benches. Make sure to bring bug spray though.
