I took my boy on his first boat ride with Amelia River Cruises and it went great! We didn’t have to make any special arrangements, he just walked on with me. I was a little worried because the boat was rocking a bit before we even left and he looked a little nervous. but he settled in fine and seemed fine!

You can’t beat the location for some food and drink after your time on the beach. We were told dogs aren’t allowed on the outdoor patio — just at the picnic tables in the sand. I was hoping to get him out of the sand, but it worked out fine though. They never offered water for him, so we didn’t stay long. I saw a dog bowl when we walked by there this morning though, so maybe you have to ask for it.
