Better than Cafe du Monde
Cafe Beignetwe prefer Cafe Beignet over du Monde…and now Blue is in agreement! he happily enjoyed his fresh beignets on the patio every morning!

Fabulous!
Haunted History Tourswe’ve been to NOLA multiple times and this is the only tour company we use now! they are always outstanding. this time we brought our dog, Blue, along and he did so well! do check in advance as some tours cannot have dogs due to going through cemeteries. our tour guide, Simon, even told a doggie ghost story in honor of our boy tagging along! we did the Ghost tour.

The only place we stay!
Hotel MonteleoneWe visit the French Quarter often and we only stay at the Hotel Monteleone. The service is excellent! I was very excited when I saw they allowed dogs, so Blue came along! He was welcomed, there wasn’t a single person acting like he wasn’t a guest there. They even had a room service menu for dogs!!! Would happily bring him again! Blue takes awhile to warm up to new places, but he stretched out on the big bed right away and settled right in! When he approves, it’s a win!

Excellent hotel! Blue Dog approves!
Hotel Preston Nashville AirportI was a little nervous when I saw some reviews say there are a lot of fees, but then seeing how some people act, I see why. All of the rules are reasonable: dog must be crated when you leave your room, no excessive barking, take your dog outside to potty, clean up after your dog, etc. We had no issues, of course, Blue Dog is well trained and a perfect travel companion. There were no less than two instances I saw in my one night stay of people being less than reasonable with their dogs. One person had let their dog bark loudly non-stop for like 10 minutes…and this morning, after I did my 5am potty run with Blue, someone let their dog loudly run the hallways and poo near the elevators. Dog friendly does not mean free for all. If you want more hotels to be happy to see your dog, make sure your dog a good canine representative! Hotel was super clean, very cool! Food was amazing!!! Would stay again!

Loved This Hotel!!!
Kimpton Brice Hotel an IHG HotelThe reviews on this hotel were outstanding, so I felt pretty confident booking here. And after our stay, I can say I’m a Kimpton fan! WOW! Everyone was amazing, nice rooms, and so wonderful to my dog! He had quite the fan club! I will definitely be scouting out Kimpton properties for future vacations. And mad props to the valet, Rodney, who is AMAZING and literally does everything to make sure you have the best stay! He even remembered our names the whole time we were there! Wow!

Fantastic Tour!!!
Oliver Bentleys Historic Dog Walk TourWe were only in Savannah for a few days, so we needed to pick a GREAT tour to learn about the city. Glad I went with this one! Not only was it dog friendly, so my Blue Heeler, Blue, was more than welcome...but Eric was so informative! My two daughters (ages 7 and 12) even learned some stuff! My youngest was pointing out fish water spouts the day after and telling us what they were for! :) That’s impressive when you can get my 7 year old’s attention with a history tour! I definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn about this beautiful city...especially if your dog is in tow!
