The rooms are big and clean. Great staff. Dog areas in March were free of sand burs. Felt very clean.

Clean. HVAC worked great. Super friendly check-in. Quiet room. Adequate dog walking. FYI there is a great park across the freeway for longer walks, 4 minutes away by car. Best stay in some time.

Usually I find the reviews very helpful, but in this case a swing and a miss. The dog exercise area was full of sand burrs. The room was small as others have noted. The floor was a vinyl tile that was filthy. Sticky to the touch. But the check-in staff was super great. The request form on BringFido is a little inconsistent but they accommodated our request at check-in. So the staff was great but the property not even close.

Great dog walking nearby. We were near the outdoor area and other guests were whooping it up until after midnight. Front desk stopped the music but the party continued. Otherwise very clean and comfortable. Request a room at the other end from the grill area.

Perfect location next to a trail. Ideal for getting out. Room was ok. Noisy a/c and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Plus the working toilet near the front desk was gross. Staff very friendly.

Everything was very nice except I called property immediately after booking on BringFido and confirmed first floor room. I called again the day prior to arriving and was assured the room was ground floor. Arrived next day at check in and was put on 4th floor with no apology. Staff at check-in not helpful. Otherwise staff was very attentive and friendly.

Mediocre dog walking. Room had a funny smell. Carpet smelled of pet urine. Door to the outside didn’t lock and was open 24/7. Very slow drain in shower. However night staff was wonderful.

Front desk staff at check in was condescending and not welcoming at all. Back door wasn’t locked. Morning staff was super pleasant and helpful. But check in left a bad taste. Dog walking across the street was nice. On property not so much.

The good, staff friendly, ok dog walking nearby, clean bathroom. The not so good. The carpet was so dirty and sticky we literally stuck to it. The couch and chair were dirty and felt like grime. Pretty expensive for what you got.

Good walking nearby. Friendly desk person. Property is pretty used. Vent clogged, no soap in shower dispenser. Dishwasher falling out of cabinet. Frontside has road noise.

Almost everything was great. Staff and room were fine. The carpet in the stairs was literally disgusting. However on our departure we noticed that the stairwell was being measured presumably to replace the carpet. Good call. All else fine.

Good location. Several blocks away from a quiet neighborhood for walks. Otherwise very limited green space available. Rooms are fine.

Really great people. Room was nice. Shower drain was slow. A/C needed cleaning badly. Dog area was sufficient.
