Love all dogs, especially Goldens & Labradors.

Decor was rather horrible. My mom thought her room looked like a jail. But it was clean and fine for quick stop on a road trip.

The whole staff was friendly and helpful. We lost an item and they walked with us through all 3 of our rooms to help find it. Our parents are handicap and have a little dog. They put them in a great 1st floor easy access suite. The pool was great and clean and the breakfast was a grade above similar stay and eat places. Can not say enough good things about this hotel.

We enjoyed this restaurant, with a very large outdoor area.

Good queso and tacos. They have Taco Tuesdays, too. Big dog patio. Park in back.

Great patio, lots of shade, nice service.

Healthy and yummy food. Big patio. Love the Southwest Salad (I have been unwilling to try anything else - it is sooooo good). Friends have tried other items that look great, though.

Very nice patio. Lots of great walking for dogs. Service could not have been better.

sadly, waterman’s is closed.

We found this place months ago when traffic was bad - so we just stopped for lunch. This time, we brought the dogs. Great service. Pretty much a “locals” place. Food is great (but I wish they had gnocchi). The spinach lasagna is excellent. My husband loves the meatball sub. Reasonable prices.

casual dining, lots of choices.

yummy and great when it is cold outside. happy woofie. “I likes pizza, too! Hey!”

in addition to water, Tammy brought out two slices of bacon (my dogs are especially cute)! The food was awesome and reasonable. Lunch and a couple of drinks for two was under $40 (almost $50 with tip). There were several regulars (always a good sign).

First of all, my favs are Marriott and Westin. Traveling with a woofie changes things. We had no reservation. Long, long road trip....like six states. Nicest motel so far! Cute details, someone likes to garden! Quiet, quaint and close to historic Custer. Near Mt Rushmore and Wind Cave, Crazy Horse.
