Easy, dog-friendly KOA with great amenities. Point South KOA was a great stop traveling with our dog. The campground is clean, calm, and genuinely dog-friendly — with plenty of grassy areas for walks and easy leashed strolls. A big plus is the dedicated dog park, which was perfect for stretching legs after a long drive. Staff were friendly, the layout was convenient, and nights were quiet. If you’re looking for a stress-free, dog-friendly KOA stop in South Carolina, this is a solid choice. We’d definitely stay again.

There was a nice sized dog park. It’s our first time camping with our dogs so I don’t have anything to compare it to but I was impressed with the side & cleanliness of the dog park.
