Should be zero bones

This hotel is run down, the rooms a badly in need of updating. The rooms are musty and dingy. The “breakfast” was coffee and granola bars. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. On top of everything else the desk clerk was extremely rude, there should be no concierge attached to his title. He should definitely not be in any sort of customer service industry. I paid for 2 rooms, one for myself and one for my son. My son was with me when I picked up the key cards, I handed 1 to my son in front of the desk clerk. The next morning my son got locked out of his room, the clerk refused to let my son back into his room. I was not there, we had a wedding to go to. It was a very important day. I had to go all the way back to the hotel to resolve the situation. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress to all of us. I will never give my business to a Days Inn again.
