Staff was very friendly and helpful. For our stay on 9/16 we had a first floor room by the exit to the dog relief area. There was plenty of grassy space which was very nice.

We really liked the quiet setting. Also, there was plenty of grassy areas for Fido. We plan to stay here again around Christmas. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room was very near the door so easy access for taking Fido out. Area is relatively quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. We also stayed here 2 nights around Thanksgiving with Fido and likely will return in the future.

Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We were booked on the 4th floor and once again our dog did great on the elevator. The best grassy area was behind PNC Park and right on the river. We stayed here a year ago and just completed our second stay. This hotel is definitely our "go-to" place when we are in Pittsburgh.

With no breakfast buffet we were next to a McDonald's. Our room was comfortable and the area was quiet. Our room was on the first floor and the outdoor grassy area was easily accessible for our canine family member.
