3D's (Dirty, Dingy and Disappointing)

I dont understand how this place has higher than normal rating. Came in October 2019 and as soon as you enter, something feels off. A lil sketchy to be honest. We enter the room, we paid for a Queen and what we got was a full size bed. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. Pillows had strands of black hair in them. Bathroom was disgusting. Towels were rolled up with black hairs embedded in them. Stains on the bathroom walls that look like blood or stool. Bath mat had mold all around its edges. Microwave and fridge were super tiny. Remot controls didnt work. They gave me 2 remotes, one for the channels and the other for the volume. Despite discussing this with front staff, our rooms were not changed because they "were booked" and we would lose out on the fridge and microwave. You have to get the iron and ironing board at the front. There are no closets. Just a bad place. As one reviewe said in trip advisor "this is the kind of place people go to so they can cheat on their spouse". I dont recommend this location unless its a last resort or you cant afford something better. Oh and despite bringing these issues to corporate headquarters, they have dontle nothing to compensate our horrific stay. We needed to literally bleach the bathroom, use a plug in deodorizer and bath in sandles. Yeh it was that bad. Oh and they dont really have a dog section, it just a small area in the parking lot with bags provided.
