I can't say enough good things about this La Quinta. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, quiet, good smelling rooms. Free breakfast. Gave us no problems about having dogs with us. Lots of big grassy areas to walk the babies. Plus a Target with a Starbucks next door!

We stayed over Memorial day weekend with our 80 lb lab and our 50 lb pittie. Everyone felt welcome. We got a delux cabin. Talk about glamping!! Along with the breathtaking views of the mountains, we had one of the best campsites I've ever had. We had a deck with table and chairs and a Weber gas grill. We also got a patio area with a picnic table, a fire pit, a sitting bench and a rocking bench.

The dogs had lots of room to stretch out and plenty of space to walk around the grounds. They even had a wonderful hiking trail reserved for doggies. Our cabin was clean and comfortable with nice fresh bedding and linens. The staff was very accommodating and eager to make our stay top notch. Whatever we needed we could call or text and they would come help us right away. Pricing was reasonable for the area and we had an excellent experience. Doggies and humans say, "Come stay here!"

I have mixed feelings about this place. First the good things: 1.) They have a wonderful lobby with several big, comfy sofas. 2.) They have a really nice back patio area where you can have coffee and enjoy the fresh morning air, (as long as no one is back there smoking.) 3.) There's a continental breakfast. 4.) The rooms come with a decent kitchenette. Now for the things that were disappointing... We paid for a suite with two queen beds in two separate rooms that had a TV in each room. 1) One of the TV's didn't work. 2.) There were nails in the floor sticking up outside the bathroom door. 3.) The bathroom sink was leaking. 4.) Carpet stains! Many! Including a massive red stain at the foot of one of the beds. Definitely not blood though, thank goodness. Probably ink or kool-aid. Such a turn off. 5.) One if the curtain panels was missing so we had to hang a sheet over the window. 6.) Also the beds were a little small. Didn't seem like queen size to me and not all that comfortable. Anyway, know what to expect if you stay here. It was clean. They allow pets and it was nice to have a kitchen.

My dog was stressed from the trip when we got here and she immediately felt much better when we got to the room. Ate, drank and went to sleep! We loved it, too. Friendly staff. Friendly locals. Very clean, modern, lovely citrus soaps and QUIET! I slept very, very well. Lots of good TV cable channels. I brought my own pillow, so not sure what their pillows are like. Decent coffee. Free breakfast. I didn't see the pool because I was passed out sleeping, but they have one. Hot tip: if you want to pick up beer and wine, etc. The have it at the area gas stations.

Had a horrific experience at a previous hotel in the same area. The place is excellent! Free meals and treats all day. Free cocktails. A Starbucks very close by. Rooms are comfy and clean. Good bathroom. Good shower. Staff was really nice. The room was quiet. Clean smell. Felt safe. Doggie loved it. I could not be happer.

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever seen in my life. It looked like a crack den. The building is falling apart. Peeling paint. The room smelled like a litter box. Old beat-up furniture. DIRTY. Scared I was gonna get bed bugs. People, I work too hard to vacation in a drug den. We stayed 5 five minutes and left. Gross!!! 😝😝😝
