Easy access to potty area w/outside door. No special trash, bags, run area, or treats, but adequate trash drop off and close parking. Hard surface floors were good. Room clean-up done ever 4 days unless special request. Ice machine downstairs was broken. Nothing the way of breakfast except pods in reception area.

I love the location near the dog show. Clean. Lower prices. No pests. Okay front desk staff. Hot water. Great beds, if a little weird on a metal box, but slept amazing. Sooo much crazy hot water that your back will love you after a day of travel or showing. A little kitchenette setup. On the down side: the potty situation for the dogs. All the way to the access road, near Hwy overpass traffic noise, with no place to discard bags. I had nice weather so the trek across the parking lot to the patch of grass, then to the dumpster on the other side, then all the way to the back room wasn't horrible. It was worse for my husband at the 5 AM hour and would have been intolerable for the dogs on the concrete in 90°+ temps or pouring rain.

The staff was great greeting us coming in, but totally ignored us otherwise. The pillows were not wonderful, making the bed feel pretty uncomfortable on our backs. The hot water was stellar... so hot, so powerful, plenty of it. Great after long drives and hikes. We would definitely stay here again.

Three highlights: 1) an actual double gated dog running area about the size of a suburban lot with bags, trash can, shade, and picnic table. 2) Great shower pressure and heat...and great beds and heavy laminate flooring that's easy to clean with pets. 3) Easy ramps and loading area for carts, etc. Bonus: The sunset views from either balcony, group table, or pool

Lots of broken amenities (not a huge problem for us), but the bed...ugggh; low but area on both sides and a big ridge down the middle. But friendly, clean, bug-free, good temp control, etc.

So much good about this, especially the staff, bed, and location. But the thin walls and constant drip kept us from sleeping until after midnight all four nights.

Great room and great access for peeps and pouches. Clean. Fresh. Spacious. Great A/C and hot water. Put us at our requested location near stairs on 2ND floor. Perfect! Ice water in lobby. Ice machines fully working and coffee)ice water at station off the lobby. Great mattresses and pillows, microwave and refrigerator. Add doggie bags and trash in potty area, and a treat in the lobby and it's a full 5 Bones.

First, the HBO and cable came in well and the low end motel was close to our FAST CAT venue/field. It's been there at least 60 years with no real improvements except stringing cable lines up inside the rooms. But, roaches. Just the little ones. By the bathroom sink (and our toothbrushes), toilet, and shower. And, quoted over the phone and sign said $15/pet/night, but she insisted I pay $20/night and that it was that way for a year, as she marked the ☢️. All rooms are on bottom around a parking lot. No place to dispose of poop bags, but a 10' x 40' area near the highway to potty the dog. If you made it this far, you should also know that anyone over 4'6" couldn't close the bathroom door because there is no room for your knees. We survived 3 nights because there was no place else with rooms for 45 minutes, but we spent as little time as possible in the room. Buying a bigger car so we can sleep in that next time.

Really 4½ stars. While there was no welcome doggie mat or treats and ice water, there was everything we needed...plenty of room, fridge, microwave, tables, chairs, two beds. They welcome small dogs of 20lbs, and on the site it says up to 50lbs, for a $10 non-refundable cleaning fee. But they accepted our CCGA therapy dog with open arms and no additional fees. The room was clean. Shower could take work, but the water was hot. Lighting is pretty gloomy and could use upgrades and new matching bulbs. When we had a small problem, they had it fixed within 30 min. There are only outdoor entrances, so you can request downstairs and be 10' to your car...which came in handy during the rain storms. Also, very quick access to large potty area (without bags and a can). There is a mall, strip shopping (including dog supplies), restaurants with patio dog dining, and a Starbucks within 3 min. 5 min to a park or lake-park for exercising.

Great big potty areas, but could use a bag and trash station.
Great set of rooms with $10/pet fee that seemed pretty fair for the extra towel on used (but, again, bags and trash can outside)
Just the little welcome of simple doggie treats would have upped it.
Best feature was a built in bench over the temp control unit. It worked to hold our bb ags sobtgdvpupper could have the floor, and then to raise the pupper for a good brush out/grooming (but no place to plug the drier, so that was in the bathroom).
But, we would absolutely stay here again.

The front desk staff was great. The room was clean, bed comfortable, good size room. We were given a good spot by the dog yard door.
The coffee was aweful and no coffee maker in the rooms.

Dog potty facilities were small and trash can overflowing though hotel was pretty empty. $20 charge for one night or multiple nights, but we were only staying 1. Rooms were good with plenty of room and extra quiet insulation compared to others.

Enough room. Good 1-night location. Clean enough, even by Covid standards. People were nice enough. Redone room, simple and modern and clean.
But, there were cigarette butts all over the small-ish dog potty grass and the towels felt like they were startched.
