Really nice large lawn with tables and a pretty view of the (small) lake. We arrived at 1:39 and they were still serving breakfast so it took about 45 mins for our lunch order to arrive. Food was ok. Server was very sweet. Great place to have a meal with dogs.

Try the Monmouth - it’s delicious!

We loved staying on the north side of the quarter, and enjoyed having the city park so close (since there isn’t much grass in the quarter). Very interesting, historic structures make up this hotel. Loved having the two small pools when temps were over 100!

We love Arlin’s! The chicken wings are really good, as are the burgers. Nice little side salads. And they have bottomless bowls of ice water for pups and even give out little dog biscuits. Back patio is so lovely but pups allowed inside as well! ❤️🐶

Easy walk to many nice places along the river. Appreciated the little dog relief area right next to the hotel. Not much real grass to be found anywhere close FYI. Nice “to go” breakfast bags and happy hour drinks! Staff all very nice! Will definitely stay here again!
